Do you have experience in solar PV, electrical work or telecoms?
We're looking for everyone from people just starting out to people who already lead teams — there's room for technicians, team leads, and full teams already working on a production basis.

*These figures are monthly invoicing targets per team, as set out in the operational model. They are not salaries, net income or guaranteed amounts. Actual invoicing depends on services performed and validated, work volume and the agreed arrangement. This is not an employment contract with a fixed salary: payment is made per validated service, normally within 60 days or 30 days via Self Confirming, as agreed. Taxes, social security contributions, insurance, PPE, training and other costs are each contractor's own responsibility, as applicable.

Initial training
Not all candidates need prior solar PV experience. Training for those without experience runs 18 days, with an experienced team alongside you.
Administrative and logistics support
Support with accreditation procedures and, depending on the agreed arrangement, vehicle, fuel, tools, equipment and meters provided.
Management systems provided
Invoicing tracked through the company's systems, with visibility into completed work.
Room to grow
Room to grow from running one team to managing several, based on results, capability and agreement between the parties.
What we look for in this role
Responsibility and a commitment to safety
Punctuality and following technical procedures are the basis of this role.
Driving licence (B) and availability to travel
Within the assigned area, depending on the working arrangement chosen.
Availability for training and accreditation
Required before starting work — part of the initial training.
Up-to-date contractor paperwork
Tax number, social security number, IBAN and a registered activity with the tax authority (or a company, as applicable).
